Brand Building

Renaissance is the leading agency in Western Canada focused on premium, quality wine, spirits and ready-to-drink brands. Renaissance is committed to building brands at both ‘on’ and ‘off-premise’ accounts, including major chains. We provide customer mail-outs of our monthly product portfolio, LTOs and new product information sheets. Our high staff-to-sales ratio means our suppliers' brands gain valuable focus in the market.

Technology

Renaissance creates custom in-house Point-of-Sale materials using progressive computer software and modern design and production methods. We use online technology extensively to provide our customers and suppliers with access to the most up-to-date information through our online product databases. Our website is designed to keep all of our staff up-to-date with what's happening on the ground, too!

Customer Service

Renaissance has unparalleled knowledge of the market and the products demanded. We provide customers with a 1-800 number and phone assistance between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. We offer on-site product sampling and education sessions, custom Menu & Point-of-Sale printing as well as in-house staff training and educational seminars for restaurants, clubs, hotels and retailers.

Supplier Feedback Systems

We provide regular brand tracking, depletion and sales analysis reports by product and customer. Renaissance also offers annual goal setting and projections.

Corporate Finance

Renaissance is well managed, financially healthy and sound. Smart inventory administration and efficient use of our resources helps us and our suppliers grow and ensures we maintain sufficient inventory levels to supply our customers.

Place, History & Tradition

As we've grown into a professionally managed sales and marketing firm, defining our corporate culture has always been of great importance. In essence, it is a result of place, history and traditions. Our original place is Western Canada - home of the Rocky Mountains, clear blue skies and hardworking, direct Western folks. It is a place of entrepreneurs where business is done honestly, openly and with a handshake.

A Sense of Place

Renaissance serves a total market of over 11 million people and imports wines and spirits in Canada’s four Western provinces (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba).

We have a team of 20 people, located in seven major urban and resort centres: Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon and Winnipeg. Our Head Office is located in Calgary, Alberta.

Renaissance has very close ties with an agency of similar size in Ontario, Quebec and the Maritime provinces. Together, we provide the ideal national coverage for wine and spirit brands across Canada.
